Thread - Disabled Access

Disabled Access

I've read the access statment on the battlefield, and understand that the site not suitable for wheelchairs.

Could you please tell me what parts of the site are accessible by wheelchair and what can be seen from these areas.

However there is a four mile road road around the Battlefield and good views are available from the car. Two of the information boards are within a few yards of the road and are reasonably accessible. As a matter of urgency we are working to improve access and this work will start as soon as funds allow. Any comments or information about access would be very much welcomed.
